April2019

“In any given moment we have two options: to step forward into growth
or to step back into safety”.
– Abraham Maslow

Three along and we’re into our fourth month of this new year. How are you coming along with your 2019 resolutions? Still challenging yourself, making the changes needed and remaining optimistic? Or is it now that you’ve realised your goal setting or bucket list was unrealistic and that you were too ambitious to begin with? If that be the case, how about focusing on what you have achieved so far, even if it seems insignificant? I would suggest it’s worth highlighting your successes, for back in early January you didn’t have that, did you? Besides the “to-do’s,” take time to celebrate the “ta-da’s” in your life! Let’s stay positive, continue to put in the effort, hold on to the learning, adapt and remain real.

“Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will”.               –  Mahatma Gandhi

Recently the weather has not been favourable. Forecasters predict this will improve, which I truly hope is true because here in NZ first term school break begins next week. Whatever your plans are, wherever you will be, stay well and safe.

Easter is in a fortnight’s time and I look forward to this very special time and celebration. So I take this chance to wish each of you a blessed one.

Until the next time, be kind to one another.
